Shipping Policy
Most of the creations listed on our site are already crafted and ready to ship. Once the order is placed, the item will ship as soon as possible, typically within 1-2 business days.
For customized creations, once the creation is complete it will be shipped. They typical time it takes to make a custom creation can be seen on the specific item page or will be discussed prior to confirming the order.
Most shipments will be sent using USPS or UPS.
We also offer a local pickup option and ask if you use this option, you have already made prior arrangements with the owners.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want our customers to enjoy the comfort of our creations when they receive then and whenever they are used. Many of our creations are made from wood, paper or other materials that have natural inconsistencies. We believe these give character and uniqueness to each creation.
In the event that you receive one of our creations from stock and it does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 5 days. If it is unused and undamaged, we can arrange a return and credit the cost of the creation less the return shipping.
For customized creations, we make every effort to work with you through the design and development process. We are unable to offer returns on customized creations because they were designed and made specifically for one person, you.
